Novus Haus specializes in designing luxury house extensions / conversions. We have nearly a decade of experience in the architectural industry and luxury properties

Having worked full time at large architectural & construction practices specializing in residential / commercial & industrial dwellings in the UK - we have the expertise and resources to tackle & design residential projects from conception to completion. Since 2023, we have established ourselves as an independent company, focusing on the design and construction of expansive and contemporary house extensions & New Builds on a grand scale.

Our 3D modeling service is our area of expertise, we will always produce 3D Floors & Views so that you can visually understand the Design better. Most importantly we will place in furniture (Beds, Wardrobes, Sofa’s etc) , Sanitary-ware & Kitchen Components etc, to ensure that the Design & Layout works for you
